A 24-hour hotline has been set up to provide a convenient channel to handle public concerns over the Project.
Community Liaison Centre
To effectively address public concerns on the project, Community Liaison Centre (CLC) for the CWB has been set up in North Point. The public can visit our center to obtain the latest updates on project, make enquiries and obtain prompt responses. Another CLC in Central was opened on 24 March 2011 to enhance communication with the public.
